My brief for this project was to create a range of advertisements using Social Media, Newsletters and other promotional materials to fill 80 spots for 2 nights of ‘An Evening with Paco Pérez and Paolo Casagrande.


To further this ‘An Evening with’ is going to become a regular feature at Tast and so create a buzz on the night using all social media platforms.

My approach

Pre Event

  • Newsletters

  • Social Media posts: Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. 


  • Use the story to document the night for guests who are not there and want to be at the next event. 

  • Photography/Videography

Post Event

  • Interact with the buzz over the event including influencers and publications.

  • Post photos through social channels. 

  • Create a VIP list for those who want to be the first to hear about An Evening With events.
